Here is how: - Fauci is not convicted of a crime - Fauci is pardoned - Without a conviction the pardon has not been issued allowing for due process - crime: deprivation of rights (due process rights) under color of law and deprivation of a jury trial

Doesn't matter that this would be better for Fauci and he would prefer it. What matters is that not granting due process is a violation of rights and could be charged.

This is some Qanon level trust the plan bullshit and I don't believe it, but a prosecutor could try that angle, but prosecutors are comped.
