So here is what I think today. The preemptive pardon could be viewed as a criminal deprivation of rights under color of law. Here is how: - Fauci is not convicted of a crime - Fauci is pardoned - Without a conviction the pardon has not been issued allowing for due process - crime: deprivation of rights (due process rights) under color of law and deprivation of a jury trial

They media know they covered for a politicized DOJ who allowed their activities. The DOJ did not charge solely based on their political party.
