Every door is squeaking again. I first hit them with spray silicone which blasted black shit that dropped and made a mess.

I understand that WD40 is not a lubricant, but works well as a cleaning agent. Like many have already said, clean your hinges 1st. Then drop some light oil into the top. You could also try graphite paste/powder instead of oil.
