If you've tried several times to lubricate the hinges and it still squeaks its probably a hinge out of alignment. Find which hinge is squeaky by process of elimination then look carefully to see if the barrels are misaligned. Take the pin out and use it or a screwdriver or chisel and tap the barrels back into alignment that look bent. Repeat. See if that helps.
