Birth No parent cares to raise it Poor as Free everything necessary (school, medical, food, etc.) Turns 18, applies for welfare, social security, food stamps, SNAP, etc.
Cut them off. Same day, offer $$$ for permanent deportation to anywhere Africa. Renounce US citizenship. Send all non White prisoners back to thier homeland.
New law for non Whites: break the law, get deported. End of problem.
Those that stay will either be employed or get wrapped up by ICE for mandatory deportation.
Easy as. Of course, a good portion of Whites would need deprogrammed, but that's another subject.
