I have an extracted lower middle molar. When you extract a tooth, another may break because of pressure distribution changes, so you may also end up with a crown. There is a link between root canal fill and heart disease. I'm not expert, but check up on that if that would be a concern. Implant didn't work for me and don't for about 5%. Try a single implant first before you commit to pulling a bunch of teeth! Good thing I only tried for one that molar. My gums grew between the screw and bone faster that bone could grow into screw. Dentist will say top opposing tooth may grow into the gap. Mine has grown slightly but is not a problem after a decade.
