You can try tax acquired property. Check with towns for tax delinquent properties. Ask on fb or crsigslist. There might be someone out there that would sell off a small lot from their much bigger parcel. Make sure you have deeded road access and it's not a swamp, passes perc tests for a future house/septic system.
