They haven't evolved that way, they either wander or kill and take over the millenium. Whites in northern climates prepared and shared blacks in Africa just ate till it was gone and moved drought move, another tribe, kill and take everything of value. It's all evolution and you see that behavior in Detroit, they ransack and area till they think they can't get anymore and move a few blocks and repeat. THey kill off rival gangs and are killed. THey for the most part are not evolved or trying to evolve. There are many that do but the vast majority are stuck at a jr high level of logic and anger. They beat down the smart ones or kill them or chase them off. I think they should all educate them in their native environment and if a shining star that is non violent appears move them to the better school. Hell I think it's time for military type schools in the hood with a smack upside the head to get their attention. Force them to use logic and explain the steps they used. No just passing a moron, if the kids dumb toss him out or put him in a tougher one till he gets the message or is reprogrammed enough to work and not fuck up his life.
