You should know, honestly. If you can’t tell you need a shower, blame your parents or something. Sometimes I go two days without a shower, if I don’t do anything and not eat junk food. Sometimes I shower twice a day, sometimes I use soap twice a day if I slept hot or sick and sweat everywhere.
It goes without saying but you shouldn't shower too hot or too long with all the chemicals they add to municipal water, you shouldn’t use scented soaps or soaps you didn’t make yourself with natural ingredients. You shouldn’t wash anything outside of pits, tits, and ass (PTA) every single day, but maybe once or twice a week. If you’re enjoying long hot showers with anything other than distilled or well water, you’re killing yourself.
