That's a good point. I guess it was a logical evolution of the 'manager' lady memes. But even that was typically applied to white women if I remember correctly.
I've employed "Wow, what a shanequia" on a couple of occasions. People aren't very receptive. "You know, like a Karen."
The first wave of Karen meme I remember was the lady on phone calling police about the nigger barbecue.
When my family is goofing off and someone has to leave the room and they have an attitude about something, we quote the movie (I forget which) saying "BYE Shanequia, byyyyye." And I love it.
Oh gosh, that rings a bell. I think I've seen that movie.
It's funny because I never had watched the movie myself so i didnt know exactly what it was all about so I think I used the quote incorrectly for alot of years, lol. Then one day i see a five minute cut out from a movie and here's what I recall, two adult males, one nigger, one spic, were chilling on the front door talking about whatever when a skinny sheboon named Shanequa comes storming up pissed. She was being a bitch so one says to her "Bye Felicia"
fuck, i just looked it up, i still forgot the name of the movie and apparently the name of the sheboon isnt Shanequa, but i think it would be funny to use Shenequa when the moment arises
