I'll go with a grilled beef tri-tip, homemade potato salad, baked beans, and fresh off the stalk corn of the cob. Toss in some grill toasted garlic bread and ya got a great summer meal.

Tilapia grilled fresh from my pond with fresh tortillas and fresh green sauce and all the fixings. Salad of grilled tomatoes, smoked goat cheese, greens and chipotle raspberry glaze.

Not my thing ... but to each his own. I'm not a big fish or veggies kinda guy. Enjoy though.

When it is 95 degrees and 90% humidity the last thing I want is to stoke a smoker. Fish tacos after and a fresh salad is fretted refreshing after an afternoon of fishing.
