Brisket is what I like and exactly what I just had
I love it when a good BBQ plan comes together.

Tilapia grilled fresh from my pond with fresh tortillas and fresh green sauce and all the fixings. Salad of grilled tomatoes, smoked goat cheese, greens and chipotle raspberry glaze.
Sounds like ICE needs to be invited to one of your BBQs.
Not my thing ... but to each his own. I'm not a big fish or veggies kinda guy. Enjoy though.
When it is 95 degrees and 90% humidity the last thing I want is to stoke a smoker. Fish tacos after and a fresh salad is fretted refreshing after an afternoon of fishing.
and cold beer of course
Good argument! LOL
Hate to be that faggot, but are you talking about actual barbeque or grilling?
Grilling, BBQ you can interpret how you choose. Favorite summer eats will work.
As for grilling, I like the hot Italian sausage, poached beforehand, but finished, first on direct heat over charcoal, then moved to indirect heat to imply a hint of smokiness.
Take a good Italian rolls, slip it open, and lightly brush it with olive oil. Then grill if for just a couple minutes, so you get a light amount of char.
Serve it with caramelized onions some hot cherry peppers.
Sounds good. But I'm not into the onions and peppers, so I'll pass on those!
Steak on the grill, asparagus on the grill, scalloped potatoes goes really good with that too. Cold beer and you got yourself a hell of a meal.
I could handle that!
mmm - i'm with ya on the grilled tri-tip and corn. to that i add every grillable veggie i can fit on the smokey-joe. I've yet to meet a veggie that isn't twice as delicious when brushed in olive oil and bbq'd (cauliflower, zuccini, tomatoes, artichokes). yummrz
Napalm.
In the morning.
There's just nothing quite like that smell.
