Cut it into segments so you can easily stack it when not in use

It is already a bunch of hoses connected to each other.

Suplex would've had the best answer.

How difficult would it be to install a second faucet on the other side of the house?

I'm no plumber, so I have no idea how hard. All of the water is ran through the other side of the house though.

If just one outside faucet, just put a Y connector (with little valves) on the faucet, then run one hose along the side of the house around to the other side and use that as another "faucet".

A childs swimming pool with a couple of holes in the bottom for drainage. We used them all over a golf course in the 1970s.

I use a hose reel. If you are using the collapsible flex hose, it works even better.

There's a way to fold and stack the hose so unraveling doesn't result in any kinks. It's all about twisting cw then ccw for each loop.

I hang mine on a car rim that spins attached to a wooden pole. It rolls up around the rim and I can easily pull it to any length I need.

200+ feet of hose? That’s a long hose. Longest one I have is 100 feet, and it’s collapsible. Fits nicely in my hose pot.

Normally I would just buy a hose reel and reel it up. Depends on where/how you are using it and how often you need to use it though. Extra context might help.

Do the reels stand up well? They've always looked gimmicky to me. Context is the spigot is on the south side of the house, and I use the hose for the northwest corner of the yard where the chickens are and also the east side for the vehicles and such. It is a long hose.

I have to wonder about the diminishing pressure you see at the business end of a multi hundred foot hose. Regardless.

Seems to me that a hose reel could work for you. However, I would be looking at a welded steel / aluminum version. For your length - something that you might find at a commercial grower / greenhouse.

You are likely to be disappointed with anything plastic given the amount of hose you have. Reeling it up on a spool is far less frustrating than trying to coil & uncoil it from a flat surface or hook.

I don't own this - but this is what I'm thinking about. https://www.northerntool.com/products/strongway-garden-hose-reel-cart-holds-400ft-of-5-8in-hose-104518

I just cut mine and tossed it. Was little chilly so how’s was unmanageable anymore. Plus had kinks in there wasn’t gonna last long anyways. Took tin snips. Made easy job of it
