I have some blue dishes of which I'm particularly fond.

Yeah, like blue waffles. Look it up, you'll not be disappointed.
That's a valid answer to your question.

Kimchi, followed closely by sushi rolls (salmon in particular)
korean food is seriously so good. could eat it everyday. Very healthy and tasty.
Fresh kimchi in particular. Fermented is great too, but freshly made stuff is better than any salad.
italian food
You are going to have to be more specific than that.
Italians are the niggers of western europe so I guess it could count as non white food.
I enjoy so much I couldn't pick. The best part is if you know how to cook you don't need to import non whites to make it.

You will, however, need to have trade relations with many of those non-white countries in order to acquire many of those ingredients, especially at an affordable price.
I don't see a problem with that.
I love a good chile relleno.
Eggplant.
Dim Sum and Tapas
Russian shashlik (not that middle eastern crap).
Piroshki - the baked filo dough sort authentic to Russia - not the deep fried ones (though those are good too).
A good heavy beef stroganoff.
Some oriental fruits like lychee, dragon fruit or mangoes. My grocery store almost never has them, only once in a while will they get a shipment by mistake or whatever, and then I get to have them, BUT ONLY if they are NOT a product of China.
Refried beans are pretty easy to make. Use canned beans to speed up the process.
Watch a couple of videos to understand the process if your unfamiliar. Use Mexican oregano and thank me later.
