You'd commented that the house and kids are her job. Assume that at least some of the kids have returned to school, so maybe she's got some additional "free" time on her hands recently. In addition to having the talk about you needing to be able to focus on your work exclusively, talk to her about taking up a new hobby or learning something new to further occupy and distract her. I occasionally worked from home back in the day, and the Mrs knew that when the office door was closed I was to be left alone. And unlike most of my cow-orkers, she seldom called me when I was at work. When I did receive calls from her, I knew it was something important and would stop everything else to take the call. Different times and ethos now though. You really need to have the heart-to-heart with her and establish clear expectations and boundaries. Stress that your livelihood depends on it. Good luck.
