My understanding is that selective service registration typically happens when you get your drivers license. With illegals and dreamers able to get licenses, were a bunch of non-citizens just added to the draft pool?

No. (((DC))) wants them. Why would they get rid of their preferred and easily controllable demographic? Just look at who we've been sending to war over the last century.
