My understanding is that selective service registration typically happens when you get your drivers license. With illegals and dreamers able to get licenses, were a bunch of non-citizens just added to the draft pool?

Good question. My guess is yes because foreigners that join the US military can get citizenship. The US has allowed it since (I think) the 70s.

From my understanding even illegals before this were subject to the draft. I'll do some reading on it tomorrow though.

If I recall, it uses language like 'resident' and not 'citizen' which the left has been using to try to give illegals benefits for decades.

Arm up! You are all part of the militia. It's your responsibility to have a military caliber rifle and a good supply of ammunition for it, as well as the means to maintain it. And no, there is no such thing as too much ammo, just as long as your wife doesn't know about it...

I think that aliens can use military service as a way to gain citizenship. I didn't really look into it, though.
