Not a big property, about 15.000 sqft and the house on it is about 1.300 sqft (Ca 1400 m², 120 m²). It is in a small neighbourhood in one of the many small towns here in Norway.

I am thinking about running around naked and let the willy freely spin.

I also want to try planting stuff but idk yet. Other ideas?

Scatter car parts and old refrigerators around the place. Maybe a couple of rusty, dilapidated trailers too.

This puts a new meaning to rustic, I like it

My new(ish) neighbors brought over a trailer, filled with rubbish (old car bumpers, mattresses, broken lawn mowers, etc) when they moved in. They parked it in the paddock next to the road and it has remained there since (for the last couple of years). They have numerous cars in various states of disrepair, a fucked boat and general piles of junk around the property.

These people paid AUD$860k for a 5 acre property with a home that was described in the real estate brochure as "a fixer upper". They now live in a caravan beside the house. I figured they were probably just rushed in moving and would clean up this shit soon, but it now appears to be permanent.

It's definitely a type. No matter where you go, if you look hard enough, you can find a yard like this.

You need to build 30 foot walls to keep out the hordes of violent sandniggers the jews who run your country keep shipping in. You might want to consider electrifying the outward facing wall and installing turrets.

I like your idea 100%, maybe disguise it inside hedges and trees and the like.

Be sure to put signs that trespassers will be shot on sight. That's their warning. Put some in Spanish too.

There's at least some rhubarb and berry bushes already there, not sure how to tend to those. It would appear I need to find some decent books on these topics.

If you have berries, watch out for bears. If you are able to get a gun, do so. Anything you plant will probably attract deer (or maybe caribou for you). Blast it and now you will have a freezer full of meat.

The rhubarb will like a good feed of compost in early Winter to promote strong growth in the Spring.

Rhubarb has some toxic parts. Leaves and petioles I think. If you eat it, cut those parts off.

If you are able, get a few laying hens. They will de-bug the yard, and produce food for you daily.

determine where you'll cache ammo & firearms

I’d check w your local garden center, your climate, latitude, altitude, and proximity to the west coast (warmer ocean winds) will affect how well things will grow and what I’m makes sense to plant.

Any fruit trees you want to put in, do it now, first year for sure. It may take several years for them to mature. Your self seven years in the future will thank your past self.

edit: also Congratulations!!!! Get a metal detector and dig up a horde of ancient silver coins!

Trip wires and dead fall traps now that it’s yours you need to defend it.

Do you have any fruit trees?

Not sure what will grow in your climate, but planting trees that will take some time to mature is a good thing to do early.

Maybe you could build a greenhouse to grow veges that wouldn't otherwise grow in your climate too? I build one a while ago (https://poal.co/s/DIY/675419). Yours might be smaller, as I'm on 2Ha (5acres).
