My current company is extremely heavy into DEI and it's excruciating. Also they had a vax mandate, and although I got a religious exemption, it was not without significant effort and I was literally hours from leaving the company when I was notified of the exemption. Others took the jab just because of the internal pressures. It was / is unforgivable, and I have zero loyalty to them long term. I keep getting awarded stock, and I keep selling it the moment it vests. I like my job and find satisfaction in what I do, I really dislike many aspects of my company though.
