If this actually happens this time seeing we're 0-2, what type of clothes should I wear? I was thinking about light cotton jeans with a light SPF cotton long sleeve tee. I need cover but not sure what I should wear. i think a ball cap won't be enough.

Whatever you end up wearing, have one of those traveler pouches under your clothes, where you can keep your wallet, phone and passport safe from pickpockets.

Also, anywhere near the pyramids, keep your hands in your pockets and don't accept anything anyone tries to hand you. If you take it, they'll demand money, possibly bring over a bribed cop who will make you pay some bullshit.

If you are going with a tour, any little shop where they stop is because the tour guide worked out a deal to get a cut of whatever is spent in those stores. Naturally, the prices are higher than other places, but at least you won't be robbed there (aside from paying more than what things are worth).

If anyone offers to take you up on the pyramids, that is bullshit too. Nobody is allowed to climb those anymore.

Thanks for the tips. It's a tour for old people so absolutely they're be getting fleased by the tour guide.

Oh shit. That is also a major target for pickpockets. Make sure your dad has one of those hidden pouches too. Now matter how hot and sweaty you get, don't take them off. Either that or hold all of your dad's stuff for him.

Do you think just leaving everything in the hotel in the safe would be a better option?
