By recreational I would mean once a week, once every two weeks, or once month. And by therapeutic I would have to say a drug (i.e. cannabis) that is used for pain relief or relaxation.

Curious about the take, given that I'm assuming a lot of you either drink or smoke some every once in a while at the very least.

Most of my friends do drugs in such manner.

I don't, it isn't good for anyone in any amount and you would be better off without it. This opinion is heavy based on witnessing how lives of people who quit improved.
