Buy airtime from Jeff Rense, he'll put anybody on. Some of the stuff on his airwaves is Art Bell tier stuff. OTOH he does a lot of pro-White stuff as well.

I think you can FM broadcast 200ft without a license. Get a super low power transmitter, a battery and a cheapo mp3 player. Hook it together, put it in a black box and drop them in high density apartment buildings and wait for the news stories.
