That was a bit click bait of me but I really want to know.

I don't sleep well and have not for a very, very long time. I imagine that a lot of others here have similar issues with it.

So. How do you sleep at night?

Do you have supplements that help? Are you on some sort of medication?

Do you just do what I do now and say screw it and get what little sleep you can when you can?

Maybe one or two times a year I feel like I get amazing sleep and its like life is in full color rather than black an white. Anyone else live like that?

[edit] I should have pinged suplex on this one. ;)

Ill try it out. Ive also been told that magnesium supplements probably would help too. If it works ill let you know.

It absolutely would, but people who have sleep issues usually already take it so assumed you do too. Taking it together with potassium would work great.

Just a hint - if you take magnesium and it energizes you instead of relaxing and keeps you from falling asleep it actually means that you have a severe deficiency and should keep taking it, just switch to taking it during the day until it evens out.

That's good to know. I don't think I've read that before.
