Does it have to have been nigger rigged by actual niggers? If not.. I was in Cozumel, Mexico a while back and was kind of out of the tourist area. I saw this complete ass rats nest of wires, full of tape and wire nuts coming out of, or going into a commercial building. I'm sure it burned down by now.
