I'm openly rude and hostile to all other races. I do make a caveat for a couple Asians I know. If we all were rude and have a cold shoulder to them they will not feel welcome. Not saying anything is the same as giving your consent. If you act normal then they will feel welcome. Be rude, talk openly about how you feel, look at them with pure contempt. This is what I do much to my wife's dismay.
