The one that is sticking out for me more than any other is an African accent. I know that it was a DEI hire, they're not going to know what the fuck I need or how to get me the info that I need, they're going to try and pass off some bullshit answer and act as if they met my need. If it is over the phone when I get these morons, as soon as the call starts, I say "hold on, my other line is ringing", I put them on hold so that I can call them on another line and ensure that the retard I have on hold will not be the one to answer. Sometimes I will press 9 for Spanish because at least a spic is smart enough to know what the fuck I am talking about, and will really try to get me the answer I need.
