Kinda sounds like a dumb question, but seriously, where can I buy seeds from that haven't been engineered? Like corn, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, onion and peas etc, standard stuff you might want in your garden

Migardener.com is super inexpensive, high quality, real food seeds.

I've bought Baker Creek as well, but you get way more bang for your buck at MI Gardener. I've had slightly better generation rates from MI as well.

I look around local amish farmers markets. Gardening is pretty hard wear I live and I try to get them as local as I can.

I even went to their Decorah IA headquarters for a Fall fundraiser once. Their 100+ varietal vineyard had the best tasting grapes I've ever eaten.

Heirloom plants are often more nutritious and better tasting than store bought produce.

i grew some heirloom steak tomatoes, they were very flavorful! do you think steak tomatoes might be too big for begginners though? part of the way through the year, it seemed like they were producing sour tomatoes and way over producing

True leaf market has been good for me so far.
