Why do Chinese people keep calling me everyday and asking me if I have received my "Healthy Food Card" or my "Flex" Card"? I've been to Hong Kong, I know what a Chinese accent sounds like. What kind of con is this? I know that I can't be the only one getting these calls. I've been getting these calls for many months, perhaps over a year. What is going on?

I rather liked Hong Kong. Stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel each time. Didn't care so much for China, crazy over there. Had great seafood in Hong Kong. I'd meet up for some fried mantis shrimps.
