Your question just made me realize that I don't really feel frustrations from work anymore and dont need to unwind. I have a bunch of to-dos, and I'm always working on finishing those or adding new ones to the list. When shit goes sideways, I just look at it as an opportunity to solve it and make people happy. Then I do and get right back to my list.
What I think really helps with this is working out. I started that with just doing 100 push-ups per day, broken down into sets of 20. Each day I would add at least 1 to each set, before long I was into the hundreds of push ups per day and it got easy, so I started having to add other exercises (squats, lunges, hand stand push ups etc). Soon that got easy too and had to spend time to go to an actual gym. Then it was taking too long at the gym so I put together a gym at my house so I could wake up early and get the workout done, then be good to go for the day feeling great.
