With rare exception they are the lowest version of NPC.

At least a "typical" NPC can tell you how they would feel if they "Did not eat breakfast". They can't even understand that question. Its like they are a NPC with 4 pre-programmed responses from a game built in 1982.

They are usually distracted with their phones while driving

They have zero consideration for others. Since they can't even understand the concept of walking in another's shoes they only have instant gratification and then get screetchy if they are called out on their bullshit because they seriously believe they aren't doing anything wrong. There's no concept of rules because to follow those you have to be able to think of others. They don't see the point even if they know a rule is in place.

Why should they? No one is going to tell them anything.

I drag my keys along nigger cars parked in fire lanes and in handicap spots. Those who I see drop trash on the ground, etc. Is that gay or petty? Maybe.

They can't adhere to any system.

They literally don't understand that they should park in the spots vs the door for safety, for emergency vehicle access, for ANY reason.

They view it as a trick by the white man to hold them down, they same way they view anything they don't understand, which is nearly everything.
