Have you noticed how other races will do anything to help each other succeed? I think we need to start supporting each other in community and in the workforce. Even if that person is barely friendly.
It starts with creating the communities around us at work and at home. It graduates into inviting people over for dinner and sending them groceries when times are tough.
Whites tend to be very judgemental, I think it's our way of keeping each other on track. At a certain point we can't afford to be judging our neighbor for having more children than he can afford, or not talking to someone at work because they treat the parking lot like a highway. (i'm sure you have your own examples) At this point we can't afford judgement that tears us apart.
