I thought that was a typo. I would say equally because all kites hate whites equally in all countries. Then again I am apparently behind on the times, I didn't know there was a scale to determine the quantity of cucked something is.

There isn't, but beyond "it is cucked" you can probably describe it as something. Like "mildly," "majorly," "they'll force you to eat bagels for a week," etc.
