I've heard that having a consistent bedtime is beneficial. I think it makes sense that your body's hormonal cycle, while capable of adapting to change, might optimize itself under predictable circumstances.

That being said, I'm terrible about going to bed at a specific time. Thoughts?

I have a time I know I should have gone to bed at, a time I'm telling myself I'll go to bed by, and a rapidly approaching "I guess I'll have to go to bed real early tomorrow".
