I searched Poal already and found a bit of info on this but not much. I've watched a ton of videos lately and I'm pretty sold on giving it a shot.

Any Poalers have any experience with the Carnivore diet? 98% of the videos and comments I have seen are positive and if their claims are accurate I think it could be a good decision.

Sounds like the experience i had then i relaxed and ate some junk and went out to restaurants = becoming fatter then i ever had been so far i got stretchmarks. Trying to find my way back now.
