I searched Poal already and found a bit of info on this but not much. I've watched a ton of videos lately and I'm pretty sold on giving it a shot.

Any Poalers have any experience with the Carnivore diet? 98% of the videos and comments I have seen are positive and if their claims are accurate I think it could be a good decision.

I have played with a number of diets over the years, including carnivore.

You will 100% feel better, look better, function better, etc if you get rid of processed crap. Carnivore does that. But it is so restrictive that it is expensive, difficult to accommodate, at times unfun, etc.

If you wanna do it cause the rules are easy to remember, you like meat, sure go for it. But you don't need to get rid of all that, just get rid of the processed crap.

I do think one of the reasons people like it and have success though is the strictness. Some people can't have an apple without that triggering a sugar craving and back on goy slop. But the apple itself isn't the problem.
