I searched Poal already and found a bit of info on this but not much. I've watched a ton of videos lately and I'm pretty sold on giving it a shot.

Any Poalers have any experience with the Carnivore diet? 98% of the videos and comments I have seen are positive and if their claims are accurate I think it could be a good decision.

I was Paleo with carnivore leanings for a long time. Best health of my life. Your cholesterol will go through the roof, so you may have a doctor try to put you on meds, but just ignore them or find a better doc.

Depending on how bad your body is, transitioning may be brutal, or may just feel a bit like the flu. Take lots of salt, it will help. Eat until you're stuffed at first, then you'll figure out eating when hungry and stopping when full.

You'll likely find yourself naturally fasting because you just aren't hungry. For men, excess fat will fall off fast. Women may take longer, but will still see great results.

I'm getting back to a better diet, and lost 30 pounds of pure fat in 6 months without any exercise, thyroid fuckery, and not even being 100% perfect In my eating. Definitely recommend giving it a try for at least 90 days and see how you feel.

I'm leaning heavily towards it. I already only eat one meal a day on most days. I also eat hardly any veggies. Just gotta give up the breads, pastas, and sugar.
