That's the one! Every mention of it seems to have been scrubbed from the internet but I've found it was from the Little Rock Nine integration protests from 1957!

But you're damned if there's any mention of that photo in it...

Thomas Sowell said this was even bad for the black students. They did better and had better schools. This was purely political terrorism
