Toilet paper. Shower Curtain. Basic cleaning supplies, if you don't have them. Apartments are rarely cleaned all that well between tenants. They think new paint makes it clean. The floors are typically gross unless they were replaced just before you. Everything else is stuff I'd expect most people to already have - dishes and silverware, bedding, etc. Optional - new toilet seat. Dunno why but I'm grossed out and replace it every time I move. Edited to add - New deabolt and keys. Just remember to give a copy to your landlord.
