It's not individuals, it's a whole mafia like organization that does these things "legally". They have entire Chinese-only estates where the top level chinks live that are well hidden in the plain sight. When you walk in there it feels like you've been teleported directly to China.
The head scratcher is when you see a chink working as an administrative assistant, yet she drives around in a Porsche having only moved here 2 years ago. They would have had that money before leaving China, so why leave unless it is to park money here and drive up prices.
