I think that's closer to the actual answer. White conservatives have some kind of allergic reaction to applying for free handouts or government benefits, even when they meet the qualifications. The chinks also manage money and wealth a lot differently than white people. They'll buy a big house and fancy car, then spend zero money on furnishings and upkeep. And they rarely take on debt, which makes a bigger difference than most realize.
