I talked to a genetics teacher at my university about this back in the day. Here's how he explained it. Each gene has it's positive effects, and negative effects. We select for the positive, and select other genes to cover up the negatives. But those genes also have negatives, that need to be covered up by even more genes. Each race has their own genetic puzzle, that approximates to something similar, but use completely different genes to do it. When you racemix, your children get two haves of two completely different successful genetic makeups, and those genes are chosen at random. So, you have genes with nothing making up for the negatives, and other genes making up for the genes that don't exist. Mixed race children are massively physically, and mentally unstable. Throw in with that, they're between two different worlds, with neither wanting them. They feel ostracized with no group of their own, and that causes even more mental imbalance, as humans are social creatures that require a group to identify with.

Ok, the breaking apart of co-adaptive gene groups. I believe in the library of hate there's a link to a study showing a higher instance of mental illness in mixed white-asian kids (which seems to agree with your screenshot).
edit: oh, and the birth defects is a pretty good argument as well.
