I couldn't find any info on labeling. I did find a list of grocers who claim they do not sell anything covered in apeel, but couldn't find anything about whether or not the produce covered in the poison is labeled.

Apparently it is supposed to be labeled if they use it. I doubt many places do. Might be good for a lawsuit.

Also, it sounds like it is very hard to wash off since it comes from fruit/veggie oils and can be sprayed on products listed as "organic".
