I know that bosses have a rough time calling an end/cancel work. You are depriving people of livelihood because, they don't work for free, and they need their income. "Work will be their for them tomorrow." Yes, and needing to catchup is bad for your clients too. So they weigh the decision and at the very last moment make the call.
No. They are not considering that people also have to make time to travel to work.
If work gets called I still get paid, so I can't complain about that. I just didn't want so much time to be wasted
