I make a good living in a very professional environment, where I am the boss. There is no fucking way I am taking a neck and chest tatted woman to a company function where a deep into the 6 figure salary based upon perception is on the line.

Explain to her that you'll have to look at that hideous tattoo every day and you would never be attracted to her again.
If she complains ( because she has the maturity of a teenage girl), ask her what she would think about you growing put your hair and wearing makeup. No sane woman would put up with that and its not even permanent.
