While traveling to remote places in my RV, I sometimes used a clothes plunger in my tub to wash clothes. Plunger (amazon.com) I also got a very small spin dryer that dried to "damp" stage in just a minute or two. I don't recommend this method though. Repeated plunging cracked my tub. You could use a bucket instead.
