Start a charity, non-profit, NGO, government lobbying group, or whatever that lobbies governments to put time and resources into investigating and prosecuting the pedos who abused those poor victims.

Advertise it as justice for gays, or gay rights. Act like it's a virtuous organisation and anyone who isn't an "ally" is homophobic; hates faggots and don't want them to have the justice they deserve.

But in the end, the goal is to have every parent of a faggot arrested for either abusing their child themselves, or protecting the abuser. The same for teachers. Over time perceptions shift from faggots being quirky funny people, into poor little victims. And eventually anyone who celebrates gay pride is seen as celebrating child sexual abuse.
