It's on my right pinky and it's a little oversized. I used to use cloth tape on it but that just felt ridiculous. Is there some sort of non-toxic resin that I could add to the finger side of the ring that could keep it in place without giving me hand cancer in 20 years?

No joke, jewelry store. Tell em your ring is too big. They will offer to resize it. Shouldn't be much trouble for them.
