You know how coyotes look a lot like dogs, and can breed with dogs, but they're definitely not dogs? Right, they're wild animals, not suited to living around humans or tame animals. Gypsies are like that, but humanoid. They're the "wild animal" version of human. It's the reason they wander around human societies, but never integrate with them. Gypsies are much like jews, in that they avoid doing actual work and will do you nothing but harm, but I'm not sure how they're related.
