Nice. I make and can my chicken broth. It comes out super gelatinous. All that good and healthy collagen. Yum! And TIL it’s called meat tea! I think that is what I’ll be calling it from now on. Thanks!

When my stomach is foul and icky feeling I'll eat plain white rice with no sauce or seasoning.
The rice seems to absorb whatever grease or nasty stuff in my system is causing problems.

Fruits, especially soft tropical ones work for me
make yourself some homemade chicken broth from scratch. if you have someone to make it for you more the better.
barring that, you can always get the commercially made broth.
true poverty level is chicken bullion in a paper cup microwaved to be hot. it's disgusting and salty, always helps me feel better.

Those are actually very easy to eat when you feel trash and they're one of my go to, but you shouldn't ever eat those by itself when you feel shit because fiber is harder to digest, hence you're gonna make yourself feel even shittier because you're gonan produce more stomach acid. Always eat a bt of bread along with it and then only it is the best choice !

I got dizzy yesterday from not eating. I was just skipping meals but I don't think it's a good idea. Foods don't sound good. I'm sick and stuff.
You didnt get dizzy because you were hungry, you got dizzy because you're sick. Don't eat and continue fasting, and you'll starve the AIDS out.
