I have had the White privilege of my wife's friend being a CPA that was doing our taxes for a while - TBH she worked at H&R and just used their systems/product to do it and we paid her - but she is no longer bothering with all that.

Any suggestions? I was thinking of just simply using H&R since we pretty much already have been.

Turbo Tax is the easiest and much cheaper than TaxAct or H&R. I have an LLC under which I operate two businesses and I have multiple 1099 forms I have to send out. TurboTax makes all of it super easy.

Tax Tip. You can "pay" each of your children up to $12,500 (depending on the State) to "work" for you. Could be as simple as advertising. It's tax free for them, and it's a pretty big write off for you. Only show the big bucks on your taxes if you plan to buy a house or car. Other than that write off everything you can and make them pay you...
